For three years from 2008, Tim was Literary Manager for Bill Kenwright Limited as well as being his resident director. During this period, Tim was responsible for the reading, development and management of all unsolicited scripts as well as the dramaturgy on a number of shows including Hugh Janes' The Haunting.

with Bury St Edmunds Theatre Royal writers group on eight short pieces entitled the Bards Missing Bits.
with director Tamara Harvey and writer Jim Hanlon on the new musical T'Aint a Bird
with Argentinian writer Daniel Goytia on the English adaptation of his piece Splinters
with Spinning Wheel Theatre advising on their adaptations of A Christmas Carol and Casanova
with Bring Out Your Dead Theatre advising on their piece The Covenant
